We’re celebrating one year of impact and the Black girls and young women who are at the heart of everything we do.

In just our first year, Black Girls Govern has served 500+ Black girls and young women nationwide, created pathways into civic careers, and built spaces where young Black women can find their voices, advocate for change, and step into their leadership.
